Terms of Service

By using any game server, website, store, or related service operated by TrueOG Network (the “Service”), including by making a donation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are
TrueOG Network is an independently owned and operated sole proprietorship. It is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any of their affiliates. “Minecraft” and all related names, brands, and assets are the property of Mojang AB and Microsoft.

2. Relationship to Mojang / Microsoft Policies
Your use of the Service requires a valid, properly licensed copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and continued compliance with:

If any feature of the Service or any rank benefit conflicts with these Mojang / Microsoft terms or guidelines, TrueOG Network may modify, suspend, or remove such features or benefits at any time, including for existing customers, in order to remain compliant.

3. Geographic Availability and IP-Based Restrictions

TrueOG Network does not make the Service available in all countries or regions. Access to the Service (including game servers and donation systems) is currently not offered to users whose connections appear to originate from certain jurisdictions where we choose not to operate or where we believe we cannot provide the Service for technical, compliance, or risk-related reasons. At this time, these restricted jurisdictions include connections that appear to originate from China or Israel.

To enforce these restrictions, we may use automated methods such as IP-based geolocation, firewall rules, and other technical controls. These methods are approximate and may occasionally be inaccurate. Restrictions are applied based on connection information (such as IP address and related network metadata), not on a player’s nationality, ethnicity, or religion.

If our systems determine that your connection originates in a restricted region, you may be blocked from accessing the Service or from making purchases and donations. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to you when attempting to access or use the Service.

4. Donations and Purchases
By making a donation or purchasing any donor package, you agree that:

  1. Your donation may be used as TrueOG Network staff see fit. You may not condition your donation on any specific use of funds.
  2. You are the lawful owner of the payment method used, or you have valid permission from the lawful owner to use that payment method.
  3. Charging back a payment, disputing a payment without valid cause, or using false or unauthorized payment details may result in a permanent ban from the Service, with at most one appeal opportunity at the sole discretion of TrueOG Network.
  4. The price, contents, and availability of any donor package or in-game benefit may be changed or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including for existing donors, particularly if required by Mojang / Microsoft policies or by applicable law.
  5. All purchases and donor benefits are non-transferable between accounts and/or individuals.

5. Payment Processors and Crypto
Donations and purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers such as CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, or cryptocurrency networks.

  • By making a donation or purchase, you agree to the applicable CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripem, terms of service, as well as any terms required by your card issuer, bank, or cryptocurrency wallet provider.
  • Cryptocurrency donations are non-refundable. Network congestion, fees, or price volatility are outside of our control.
  • TrueOG Network does not guarantee that any particular payment method or cryptocurrency will remain available.

6. Refund Policy
All donations and purchases made through the Service are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is explicitly granted by TrueOG Network at its sole discretion. Digital benefits are considered delivered once they are made available to your account or otherwise reasonably accessible to you.

7. Use of the Service and Player Conduct
You agree to follow all server rules and community guidelines published by TrueOG Network, as updated from time to time. You also agree not to:

  • Violate server rules.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering; or
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with TrueOG Network, Mojang, or Microsoft.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, removal of in-game items or perks, or permanent bans, with or without refund, at the sole discretion of TrueOG Network.

8. Age Requirements
The Service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by law. Discord and Matrix access will not be granted to those under 13 years of age.

9. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TrueOG Network makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOG Network and its owner(s), staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, game progress, or in-game items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Modification of These Terms
TrueOG Network may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any such modification will be effective when posted on our website or otherwise made publicly available. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Compliance
TrueOG Network is operated from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States and currently operates servers and related infrastructure in (i) Pennsylvania, USA, (ii) Falkenstein, Germany, and (iii) Norway. In connection with these operations, TrueOG Network is responsible for ensuring that its activities and the Service comply with applicable laws and regulations in each of these jurisdictions.

TrueOG Network also follows the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), including honoring data subject rights such as the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable. You may request removal of personal data we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected], and we will take action within a time period that is in accordance with data protection applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in that state. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdiction rules that may apply to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
